What are we and what does drive us
Develmagic was founded under its former name in the year 2004, basically it's been providing customers with the services for almost 15 years.
Company was originally active in retail business but gradually transformed to consultancy and software house. We are group of IT professionals who met on the university and we are also friends. That makes us a really strong team - with technical and soft skills.
We are learning from the best and we decided to take some of the Amazon leadership principles to become our core values:

Start with the customer and work backwards. They work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although leaders pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers.

We welcome any smart developer in the team, the hiring process is hard but it is worth it to be our colleague

Focus on the key inputs for customer business and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, they rise to the occasion and never settle.

Listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. They are vocally self-critical, even when doing so is awkward or embarrassing. Leaders do not believe their or their team's body odor smells of perfume. They benchmark themselves and their teams against the best.
